The Bromic Platinum Smart-Heat Electric Series II 3400W in white (BH0320008) is a slim, hardwired infrared heater for covered patios, pergolas, balconies and restaurant terraces. At 3,400 watts (about 11,600 BTU) Bromic rates it for roughly 108 sq ft, and its tinted glass-ceramic face gives a soft glow rather than a harsh orange light. Because it burns no fuel and needs no venting, it is a practical choice where gas is not available. Choose it on its own or with a Bromic Affinity on/off or dimmer controller above.

Installation Notes
Bromic requires this heater to be permanently installed and hardwired by an authorized, licensed person, following the minimum clearances above. For the longest life, mount the standard variant under cover and out of direct rain, and protect the bracket mounting surface from water. Building materials with low heat tolerance, such as vinyl siding or canvas, need extra protection. In New York City, hardwired electrical work must be done by a licensed electrician.
