Installation Notes

The XXL grill head alone weighs 282 lbs per Primo, so plan on two to three people to place it, and never lift it by the hinge or bands. Primo limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser, per the Primo owner's manual: 20 years on ceramic parts, 5 years on metal parts (excluding cast iron), 1 year on cast iron parts, 1 year on cooking grates and 30 days on thermometers and felt gaskets. Primo repairs or replaces defective parts and ships them at the purchaser's expense. Damage from dropping, mishandling, lifting by the hinge or not following building and fire codes is not covered.
