Turn half of the Primo Oval XXL 500 into a cast iron cooking surface. The half-moon griddle gives you a smooth side for eggs, smash burgers and vegetables plus a grooved side for sear marks, while the cast iron searing grate lays down steakhouse grill marks and locks in juices at high heat.
