Description

The Fire Magic Aurora A830i is a 46-inch built-in grill that puts two cast stainless E-burners (50,000 BTU) on one side and a height-adjustable charcoal tray on the other, so one cutout gives you weeknight gas convenience and real charcoal flavor. A 26,000 BTU burner under the tray lights the charcoal or wood chunks for you.

It drops into a non-combustible island cutout of 50-1/4 W x 19-1/2 D x 11-1/2 H in. Models covered: A830I-7EAN-CB, A830I-7EAP-CB.

Installation Notes

Frame the island to the cutout above using non-combustible materials, or add the Fire Magic insulating liner where framing is combustible. Provide enclosure ventilation, an accessible gas shutoff and a GFCI outlet as the manual specifies. In NYC the gas line is run by a licensed plumber under permit.

Use charcoal only where your building and local fire rules allow it; many NYC multi-family buildings prohibit charcoal on balconies and terraces.
