What Is Included and What You Will Need
- Included: griddle, lid, drip tray, cart with side shelves and doors, conversion kit per the manual, regulator on propane models
- Required: a 20 lb propane cylinder, or a natural gas supply installed by a licensed plumber
- Optional: matching cart cover (variant on this listing); Summerset Quest grills such as the Quest 36
Installation Notes
Use the griddle outdoors only, away from overhead combustible surfaces and with 18 in. to combustible walls at the sides and back. Under a patio roof the cooking area needs a vent hood. On natural gas, a licensed plumber should install the supply; in New York City that means a licensed master plumber and permit, and propane cylinder storage on terraces and rooftops is restricted. Book an outdoor kitchen design consultation and we will plan the layout and gas supply with you.
