The Summerset Quest 36 is a 304 stainless steel built-in gas grill with three 18,000 BTU U-tube burners, an angled infrared back burner for the included rotisserie, and two multi-position warming racks. It is aimed at outdoor kitchen builders who want a feature-packed 36 inch grill with the extras already in the box: griddle plate, smoker box, rib rack, rotisserie kit and cover. Available for natural gas or propane.

Installation Notes
This is a built-in grill for an island or masonry enclosure. Gas hookup must be done by a licensed professional, and the island must follow the manufacturer's clearance and ventilation requirements in the manual. Frequently Asked Questions
What cutout size do I need?
The Quest 36 needs a cutout 34-1/4" wide, 19-1/2" deep and 9-7/8" high. The grill itself is 36" wide and 22-1/2" deep.
Is the rotisserie included?
Yes. The rotisserie kit is included and is rated for a 40 lb motor capacity. It works with the angled infrared back burner.
Does it come with a cover?
Summerset lists a weatherproof vinyl grill head cover as included.
Natural gas or propane?
Both are offered. Choose QST36-NG for natural gas or QST36-LP for propane in the Fuel Type option.

Warranty
Summerset Gold Standard Lifetime Warranty. Construction, cooking grates, burners, burner covers, valves, heat zone separators, ceramic briquette systems and temperature gauges are covered for life against manufacturing and workmanship defects. Electrical components and all other parts are covered for three years. Labor is not included, and the warranty registration form must be submitted online within 30 days of purchase to validate coverage.
