The Summerset SB1 Single Side Burner adds a dedicated cooking station to your outdoor kitchen so you never have to step inside mid-cook. A 15,000 BTU round brass and aluminum burner delivers steady, responsive heat for simmering sauces, sautéing vegetables, or holding a side dish while the grill does the heavy work. Built from #304 stainless steel with a matching lid, it is made to live outdoors year-round.
- 15,000 BTU brass and aluminum burner holds a genuine low simmer and climbs to a hard sear without cycling.
- 120 square inches of cooking surface fits a full-size saucepan or skillet.
- #304 stainless steel construction is the most corrosion-resistant grade Summerset uses, built for coastal salt air and freeze-thaw winters.
- Included #304 stainless steel lid closes flush to keep the burner clean between cooks.
- Piezo ignition lights reliably without batteries or an external power source.
- Round #201 stainless steel grate supports pots and pans and lifts out for cleaning.
