The Wildfire Ranch Pro 30 in. built-in griddle (WFPRO30GRD) drops into a masonry outdoor kitchen island and gives you a 526 sq. in. flat top for breakfast, smash burgers, hibachi and stir-fry. Two U-shaped stainless burners, up to 17,000 BTU each, add up to 35,000 BTU.
It comes in traditional or black 304 stainless steel, with LED backlit knob bezels for night cooking and a red heat indicator light, and is offered in natural gas or propane.

What Is Included and What You Will Need

- Required: a non-combustible island with the cutout above and at least two 20 sq in. vents, a gas line with an accessible shutoff run by a licensed installer, and a 110V outlet for the lights
Installation Notes
The griddle hangs from its own body in a non-combustible masonry island, with no bottom deck needed. Wildfire requires at least two 20 sq in. vents in the enclosure (low for propane, high for natural gas), a separate vented compartment for any propane tank, 24 in. from combustibles in every direction, and an outdoor-rated UL hood at least 30 in. above the cooking surface and 6 in. wider than the griddle if it goes under a combustible overhead. In New York City, gas cooking appliances on terraces and rooftops are regulated by the FDNY and the Department of Buildings, gas piping must be run by a licensed master plumber, and propane cylinder use is heavily restricted, so we review the space before quoting. Book a design consultation and we will plan the island, venting and gas run.

Warranty
Wildfire Outdoor Living limited lifetime warranty, per the flat top griddle manual: for normal residential use, the griddle is warranted to the original purchaser at the original delivery site against defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the product, with Wildfire choosing to repair or replace defective parts. Labor is not covered, shipping is charged on warranty parts, and rental and commercial use, surface corrosion, scratches, discoloration and normal wear are excluded.
