If your island is framed in wood, composite or any other combustible material, the manufacturer requires an insulated jacket — the grill cannot be dropped straight into the opening. This 304 stainless steel liner creates the clearance the listing calls for, keeps heat off the framing, and gives the cutout a finished edge. Pick the jacket that matches the appliance going into the island.
