The Wildfire Ranch Pro power burner (WFPOWBRN) is a 60,000 BTU high-output burner for the outdoor kitchen: big enough for wok cooking, seafood boils, frying and large stockpots that a grill side burner cannot handle. A single cast stainless steel burner sits under a heavy stainless steel grate.
Choose natural gas or propane and traditional or black 304 stainless steel above; LED backlit knob bezels match Wildfire Ranch Pro grills.

What Is Included and What You Will Need

- Required: a non-combustible island cutout 22-1/4 in. W x 21-1/2 in. D x 10-1/4 in. H and a gas supply sized for 60,000 BTU, connected by a licensed gas fitter
- Optional: Wildfire Ranch Pro insulated jacket (WF-LINERPOWBRN variant) and the Wildfire designer finish knob and base set
Installation Notes
Cut a 22-1/4 in. wide, 21-1/2 in. deep and 10-1/4 in. high opening and confirm it against the unit before building. Size the gas line for the full 60,000 BTU load along with the grill and other appliances. Wildfire's built-in spec sheet calls for at least 24 in. between the sides, bottom and back of the appliance and any combustible material, and no combustible material above it, so build the island from non-combustible materials. In New York City, gas grills and cooking appliances on terraces and rooftops are regulated by the FDNY and the Department of Buildings, gas piping must be run by a licensed master plumber, and propane cylinder use is heavily restricted, so we review the space before quoting. Book a design consultation to plan the island, gas line and layout.

Wildfire Outdoor Living Products Limited Warranty (2026) for gas grills, side burners and griddles, original purchaser, normal residential use: limited lifetime on the stainless steel housing and frame, cooking grids and cast stainless burners; 5 years on valves, manifold and ignition; 2 years on electric and plastic components; 1 year on all parts and components including shipping, plus a 1 year labor credit for pre-approved repairs. Rental and commercial use void the warranty; common-area installations carry 2 years. Surface corrosion, scratches and discoloration are excluded. Register the product with Wildfire before filing a claim.
