This Kingsman stainless steel surround trim kit frames the Serene ZCVRB linear direct vent gas fireplaces with a 1-1/2 in. wide border. Choose the fireplace size above: ZCVRB36, ZCVRB47, ZCVRB60 or ZCVRB72.

The ZCVRB60 manual describes the frames as 3/4 in. thick by 1-1/2 in. wide, with an adjustable gap to the face of the fireplace of 5/8, 7/8 or 1-1/8 in. set by the mounting hole used. It hooks onto the bottom of the fireplace opening.

What Is Included and What You Will Need

Installation Notes

The ZCVRB60 manual allows non-combustible finishes up to within 1/8 in. of the sides and 1/2 in. of the top and bottom of the opening, and those zones must stay clear of finishing materials for the surround to fit. Follow the manual for your size. In New York City, gas fireplaces are installed under the NYC Fuel Gas Code by a licensed master plumber, with DOB filing where required. Book a design consultation to plan the wall finish and trim together.

Warranty

Kingsman limited warranty, as printed in the Kingsman and Marquis installation manuals: during the first year after installation Kingsman replaces any component part found defective in materials or workmanship, including labor at its rate schedule through an authorized Kingsman dealer (accent light bulbs, gasketing, glass fronts and paint are excluded). The limited lifetime term covers the heat exchanger, combustion chamber and burner of the fireplace, not accessories. Coverage applies only at the original installation site in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, with the unit installed to the printed instructions and local codes.
