The Kenyon Big American Grill is the largest built-in electric grill in Kenyon's line, with three independent 1500 W elements for 4500 W and a 465 square inch cooking surface. It is for outdoor kitchens that need an electric grill, with concealed elements that stop flare-ups, a swipe-control touch panel and removable split lids.

Installation Notes
Cut the countertop to Kenyon's CAD drawing, with a countertop at least 36 in above the floor. Solid surface countertops need manufacturer guidance and corner supports, and stone countertops need acrylic latex caulk, not silicone. Provide two 8 sq in cabinet vents. The supply must be an individual grounded circuit with a circuit breaker. Kenyon requires suitable shelter from direct rain. This is an electric unit with no gas line, vent or chimney, which makes it a practical choice for New York City apartments, condos and townhouses where gas or vented appliances are not an option. Check your building or co-op rules for balcony use, and have a licensed electrician hardwire it or run any new 240V circuit to local code. What circuit does the Big American need?
The 240V models need a dedicated 20 A individual grounded circuit with a circuit breaker. The 208V version in the Kenyon manual draws 22 A.
What is the difference between B70430 and B70432?
B70430 comes with mounting holes and B70432 without.
Can it go under a covered patio?
Kenyon requires suitable shelter so the grill is not directly exposed to rain.
Is it a good fit for a stone countertop?
Yes, it has a smooth flange. Kenyon calls for acrylic latex caulk, not silicone, on stone countertops.
