This listing collects the Kingsman and Marquis media for the Capri IDV34 direct vent gas insert: the LOGF35 fiber split oak log set, the MQLOGF34 split oak and MQLOGF33 driftwood sets on the MQRSP11 support platform, ember glass, stones, rocks, and glass with birch or driftwood accents. The Capri manual requires a log set or glass support platform for each unit.

Installation Notes
The Capri manual sets the platform by media: RSP10 (glass support platform, supplied with 15 lbs. of bronze glass) or MQRSP8 for glass, MQRSP11 for the MQLOGF33/MQLOGF453 driftwood, MQRBRW birch and MQRBD4 sets, MQRSP8 for MQSTONE decorative stones and MQRSP4 for MQROCK2/MQROCK3 rock sets. Each variant SKU shows the parts that ship; we confirm the platform with Kingsman for rock, stone and ember setups before ordering.
Keep glass and stones clear of the pilot area so ignition is not delayed, do not stack media on the burner ports, and inspect the pilot shield monthly. In New York City, gas fireplaces and inserts are installed under the NYC Fuel Gas Code by a licensed master plumber, with DOB filing where required.

The Capri manual lists LOGF35 as the fiber split oak log set for the IDV34.
How is glass sold?
Marquis ember glass comes in 5 lb. bags; the RSP10 takes up to 15 lbs.

Warranty
Kingsman limited warranty, per the Kingsman and Marquis manuals: in the first year after installation, Kingsman replaces any component part found defective in materials or workmanship, with labor at its rate schedule through an authorized Kingsman dealer (accent light bulbs, gasketing and paint excluded). The lifetime term covers the fireplace heat exchanger, combustion chamber and burner, not accessories, and applies only at the original installation site in the United States or Canada. The manuals note that discoloration of glass media placed on the burner is not covered.
