The Lynx Professional LPB-NG is a built-in power burner for an outdoor kitchen island, with a dual-ring cast brass burner rated at 47,000 BTU combined (34,000 BTU outer ring, 13,000 BTU inner ring). Each ring has its own knob, the main grate takes oversized stock pots, and lifting out the center grate fits a round-bottom wok. It takes power for hot surface ignition and blue LED control illumination from a Lynx grill or the optional Lynx Accessory Switch Kit. This version is set for natural gas.

What Is Included and What You Will Need

- Optional: Lynx Accessory Switch Kit (LASK) to run the burner without a grill, Lynx Power Extension Kit (LPEK) for 12 ft of extra wire, a Lynx vinyl cover (offered as an option on this listing), and a Lynx gas conversion kit
- Required: a non-combustible island with ventilation openings, an accessible gas shut-off valve, and an outdoor 120VAC 15A GFI outlet
Installation Notes
Lynx calls for a built-in enclosure of non-combustible materials with vent openings so leaking gas cannot build up, and recommends that only qualified professionals do the gas plumbing. Use the regulator and hose supplied with the unit, never connect the gas line directly, and size the supply for the total BTU of every appliance on the line. Do not install it under unprotected overhead combustible construction. In New York City, gas work must be done by a licensed master plumber under a DOB permit, and propane tank storage in the city carries FDNY rules, so confirm the fuel with us before you order. Yes. Remove the center grate and set a commercial style round-bottom wok, 12 in minimum, in the opening.

Does it need a Lynx grill?
It takes power for ignition and lighting from a Lynx grill through the included 6 ft harness. Without a Lynx grill nearby, add the Lynx Accessory Switch Kit (LASK).
What cutout does it need?

Warranty
Under the current Lynx Professional Warranty, Lynx gives a one year full warranty on parts, shipping and authorized service labor, plus a 90 day cosmetic warranty. In years two through five, listed parts including side and power burner assemblies, burner grates, manifolds, gas valves and the ignitor are covered for the part only, with the owner paying all other costs. Lynx extends its limited lifetime warranty to power burners and side burners, covering listed stainless parts such as the control panel and stainless steel covers against rust that affects structural integrity, part only, while owned by the original purchaser. Residential use only; condo and apartment common areas get a 90 day Residential Plus warranty. The Side Burners Care and Use Manual (Rev E) prints older terms, so we confirm the warranty that applies when you order. Removing or failing to install the required pressure regulator voids the warranty.
