This Sedona by Lynx package pairs the L501 30 inch built-in gas grill with the LSB502 built-in double side burner, both set up for the fuel you choose. The grill has two stainless steel burners totaling 46,000 BTU over 733 sq in of cooking surface, with ceramic radiant briquettes, a halogen grill light and the Lynx Hood Assist. The side burner adds two sealed 12,500 BTU burners for sauces and sides, so a mid-size island has a complete cooking line from one brand.

What Is Included and What You Will Need
- Included: Sedona L501 built-in grill and LSB502 built-in double side burner for the selected fuel
- Required: a non-combustible island built to both cutouts, with enclosure ventilation, a 2" round hole at the rear of the grill cutout and a 120V GFI outlet within 6 ft
- Required for combustible islands: the Lynx LIJ500 insulated jacket
- Required: a gas supply sized for the combined BTU of both appliances, with a shut-off valve and the regulator
- Pairs with: Sedona 36 inch access door and drawer combo, 19 inch double drawers and 18 inch drop-in ice bin
Installation Notes
Both units drop into a non-combustible island and hang from their countertop trim. Size the gas line for the total BTU of everything on it, and never connect gas without the pressure regulator. Under combustible construction, Lynx requires an exhaust hood with 3 to 6 inches of overhang and at least 1,200 CFM. In New York City, gas work for an outdoor kitchen must be done by a licensed master plumber under permit, and propane cylinders are restricted in many buildings. Can it go in a wood-framed island?
The grill can with the LIJ500 insulated jacket. The side burner is designed for a non-combustible enclosure.

Warranty
Per the Sedona by Lynx limited warranty in the side burner manual: stainless steel body and cooking grates for the lifetime of the original purchaser; manifolds and gas valves for five (5) years; all other components for two (2) years; and in the first year, parts, shipping and authorized service labor at no cost. Extended terms cover replacement parts only, with a processing fee and labor paid by the owner. The grill listing also cites 12 years on stainless tube burners; confirm the grill terms in the Sedona grill manual. Commercial and common-area use is excluded.
