Installation Notes

Plan the full chimney with the fireplace installation manual (Sovereign: 90 ft maximum height, two offset/return pairs maximum). Have a qualified technician install it per the kit instructions and fireplace manual. NYC does not allow new wood-burning fireplaces (Local Law 38 of 2015), so these parts are for installs outside the five boroughs.
