The Majestic IFT-RC150 is the wireless wall switch for IntelliFire Touch fireplaces. It turns the flame on and off and runs the cold climate mode, with battery backup and a battery strength indicator.

Pair the switch with the control module per the owner's manual. The control module switch must be in the Remote position to pair.

Does it control flame height?

The owner's manuals list on/off and cold climate; the IFT-RC400 adds more functions.

Is it needed for the Wi-Fi module?

The current listing says an RC400 or RC150 is required for thermostat control with the IFT-WFM.
