The American Made Grills Estate Freedom 30-Inch Built-In Natural Gas Grill (EST30-FR-NG) is the base-model Estate 30: the same 304 stainless body, 18-gauge double-lined spring-assisted hood, two 26,000 BTU stainless U-tube burners and 12,000 BTU infrared back burner, sold without the accessories bundled with the standard Estate. It suits a compact outdoor kitchen or a terrace island where a 30-inch American-built grill head fits better than a 36. Every Estate is built, factory tested and serviced at the American Made Grills factory on Long Island, New York.

What Is Included and What You Will Need
- Included: Estate Freedom 30-inch natural gas grill head, 2 cooking grates, 2 burner covers, warming rack, drip tray, heat zone separator, vinyl grill head cover, cleaning care kit, lighting transformer and owner's manual.
- Not included: rotisserie kit and the Estate 30 Deluxe Built-In Grill Cover (GRILLCOV-EST30D); select "With Deluxe Grill Cover" above to add it.
- Required: a natural gas line sized for 64,000 BTU with shutoff valve, run by a licensed plumber; a non-combustible island, or the Estate 30 Insulated Grill Liner for wood-framed or other combustible islands; a 120V outdoor outlet for the lighting transformer.
- Optional: Estate 30 Rotisserie Kit (ROTKIT-EST30), Drop-In Infrared Sear Burner (IRB-EST) and Estate Double Side Burner (ESTSB2).
- Also available: Estate Freedom 30-Inch Propane model.
Installation Notes
Outdoor use only. The island must be non-combustible unless the insulated liner is used. Keep 18 inches of side and rear clearance to combustible walls, 4 inches to a non-combustible backsplash and 5 feet from countertop to overhead construction; an exhaust hood is required under combustible overhead construction. A regulator must be installed; never connect the gas line directly to the grill. Gas piping must meet the National Fuel Gas Code (ANSI Z223.1 / NFPA 54) and local code, and in New York City the gas connection must be made by a licensed master plumber under permit. Book a design consultation to have us plan the island, gas and electrical around this grill.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between the Estate Freedom 30 and the standard Estate 30?
Same body, back burner and warranty. The standard Estate ships with more accessories in the box, including a rotisserie kit; the Freedom ships with stainless U-tube burners, cover and care kit, and you add the rest as needed.
Does it include a rotisserie?
No. The 12,000 BTU infrared back burner is built in, but the spit, forks and motor are sold separately as ROTKIT-EST30.
Do I need the insulated grill liner?
Only for a combustible island such as wood framing. Masonry or steel-framed islands take the grill directly in the 28-3/4" x 21-5/8" x 10-1/4" cutout.
