The Amantii Panorama Slim 72 (BI-72-SLIM-OD) is a 72 inch built-in linear electric fireplace only 6-3/4 inches deep, so it recesses into a shallow framed wall where a deeper firebox will not fit. Finish materials can run right to the glass, or you can use the included surround trim. It suits a long living room wall, a media wall or a bedroom where you want a wide flame picture with plug-in simplicity.

Installation Notes

This is an electric appliance with no gas line, vent or chimney, which makes it a practical choice for New York City apartments and condos where gas or vented fireplaces are not an option. Do not use an extension cord, and avoid sharing the circuit with other appliances. Amantii rates the BI-72-SLIM-OD for indoor or outdoor use. For an outdoor install, the current Amantii BI-SLIM manual (Version 202210) and the Amantii outdoor installation guide require a location protected from direct water impingement, a rain protection overhang built out to the front and to each side by at least half the height from the base of the fireplace to the roof line (an 8 ft roof line needs at least 4 ft of overhang), and mounting on the exterior of a main building, never a standalone structure. Amantii's warranty requires the PAN-COV-72 stainless steel cover on any Panorama unit installed outdoors or in moisture intense conditions, with proof of the cover purchase for claims, so choose the With Outdoor Cover option for a patio. The unit is not watertight, and outdoor wiring must follow local building code. Hardwiring or any new circuit should be done by a licensed electrician to local code. How deep a wall do I need?

The unit is 6-3/4 in deep and needs a rough opening 73-1/2 in wide, 25 in high and 7 in deep.

Does it come with media?

Yes. The 72 ships with 6 large glass nuggets and clear and blue diamond glass media.

Can it be installed outdoors?

Yes. Amantii rates the BI-72-SLIM-OD for indoor or outdoor use in a location protected from direct water, under an overhang that extends to the front and sides, on the exterior of a main building. The PAN-COV-72 stainless steel cover must be used outdoors to keep the warranty.

Does it need a dedicated circuit?

Amantii recommends avoiding a shared circuit. A dedicated 120V circuit prevents breaker trips when the heater runs.

Warranty

Amantii warrants this fireplace against manufacturing and material defects for two (2) years from the date of first purchase, per the current Amantii BI-SLIM manual (Version 202210). Coverage is for the original purchaser in the US and Canada and is not transferable; light bulbs are excluded. Panorama units installed outdoors or in moisture intense conditions must use the Amantii stainless steel cover, and proof of the cover purchase is required for any warranty claim.
