The Amantii Panorama Slim 50 (BI-50-SLIM-OD) is a 50 inch built-in linear electric fireplace only 6-3/4 inches deep, so it recesses into a standard wall where a deeper firebox will not fit. It gives a clean linear flame over a glass media bed for a living room, bedroom or media wall, with no gas line, flue or chimney, which is what most New York City apartments and condos need.

Installation Notes

This is a built-in appliance with no gas line, vent or chimney, which makes it a practical choice for New York City apartments, condos and townhouses where gas or vented fireplaces are not an option. Finishing material such as drywall, stone or tile can run right to the glass edge, or use the surround. Hardwiring or any new circuit should be done by a licensed electrician to local code. Amantii rates the BI-50-SLIM-OD for indoor or outdoor use. For an outdoor install, the current Amantii BI-SLIM manual (Version 202210) and the Amantii outdoor installation guide require a location protected from direct water impingement, a rain protection overhang built out to the front and to each side by at least half the height from the base of the fireplace to the roof line (an 8 ft roof line needs at least 4 ft of overhang), and mounting on the exterior of a main building, never a standalone structure. Amantii's warranty requires the PAN-COV-50 stainless steel cover on any Panorama unit installed outdoors or in moisture intense conditions, with proof of the cover purchase for claims, so choose the With Outdoor Cover option for a patio. Slim or Deep: which Panorama should I choose?

Slim suits shallow walls and a clean glass bed look. The Panorama Deep has a deeper firebox with a log set, but needs a 12 in deep opening.

Can I put a TV above it?

The current Amantii manual calls for at least 4 in from the trim to a mantel and gives no TV clearance, so confirm TV height with your installer and the TV maker.

Warranty

Amantii warrants this fireplace against manufacturing and material defects for two (2) years from the date of first purchase, per the current Amantii BI-SLIM manual (Version 202210). Coverage is for the original purchaser in the US and Canada and is not transferable; light bulbs are excluded. Panorama units installed outdoors or in moisture intense conditions must use the Amantii stainless steel cover, and proof of the cover purchase is required for any warranty claim.
