The Amantii Symmetry Lumina 100 (SYM-100-LUMINA) is a 100 inch clean-face linear electric fireplace that is only 6-1/8 inches deep, so it recesses into a framed wall or mounts on the surface without a bulky box. Nearly 98-3/8 inches of glass spans a long media wall, with no visible heater vents. It suits a great room, a long living room wall or a covered outdoor room where there is no chimney and no gas.

What Is Included and What You Will Need

  • Included per current listing: Symmetry Lumina 100 firebox with glass front, oak log set and decorative glass media, and remote. Amantii's Symmetry manual describes decorative media as optional, so confirm the media that ships when you order
  • Required: a 101-1/4 x 15-3/4 x 6-1/2 in wall opening for a recessed install (or wall mount hardware per the manual) and a grounded 120V circuit rated for 12.5 A
  • Optional media: Amantii Ice Media Kit or Birch 10-Piece Log Set (selectable above), Oak 12-Piece Log Kit and Ember Media Kit

Installation Notes

The unit plugs into a grounded 120V outlet; do not use an extension cord or share the socket. For outdoor installs, Amantii allows areas protected from direct water impingement with a rain overhang of at least half the roofline height to the front and each side. Keep furniture, bedding and curtains at least 3 ft away. This is an electric unit with no gas line, vent or chimney, which makes it a practical choice for New York City apartments, condos and townhouses where gas or vented fireplaces are not an option. Lumina or Bespoke: what is the difference?

Both share the same 6-1/8 in deep Symmetry chassis and wall opening. This listing is the Lumina version sold with oak logs and glass media per the listing; the Bespoke ships with small glass media and optional kits.

How much heat does it make?

It draws 1,500 W on high and 750 W on low, and Amantii rates it for about 400 sq ft.

Can it be installed outdoors?

Yes, in an outdoor area protected from direct water with the overhang Amantii specifies.

Can I mount a TV above it?

Amantii does not publish a numeric TV clearance in the documents we reviewed. Check the TV maker's heat guidance and confirm with your installer before framing.
