The Amantii Symmetry Lumina 50 (SYM-50-LUMINA) is a clean-face linear electric fireplace that hangs on the wall or recesses into a 6-1/2 inch deep opening, sold here ready to run with an oak log set and decorative glass. It shares the Symmetry platform with the Bespoke series, and Amantii rates it for indoor rooms and outdoor areas protected from direct water, so it suits a living room, bedroom or covered patio wall.

  • Required: a grounded 120V outlet, ideally on a dedicated circuit, and either a wall that can carry the unit for wall mounting or a framed 51-1/4 x 15-3/4 x 6-1/2 in opening

Installation Notes

This is an electric appliance with no gas line, vent or chimney, which makes it a practical choice for New York City apartments and condos where gas fireplaces are not an option. Outdoors, Amantii requires a rain overhang of at least half the roofline height, measured from the base of the fireplace, to the front and each side; a roofline 8 in above the base needs a 4 in overhang. Wall mount or recessed?

Either. Hang it on the wall, or recess it into a 51-1/4 x 15-3/4 x 6-1/2 in framed opening so only the frame shows.

What is the difference between Lumina and Bespoke?

Both use the same Symmetry firebox and dimensions. This Lumina listing is sold with oak logs and glass media; Bespoke models add features such as a crackling sound.

Can it go outside?

Yes, in an area protected from direct water, with the overhang Amantii specifies.

Does it heat the room?

The heater runs at 1,500 W or 750 W and Amantii rates it for about 400 sq ft. The flame also runs with the heat off.

Warranty

Amantii's Symmetry Lumina manual gives a two (2) year limited warranty against manufacturing and material defects from the date of first purchase, for the original purchaser in the US and Canada, with proof of purchase required.
