The Superior CGLK-BLK-LIN60 is the 5-piece reflective black glass liner kit for the 60 in Superior DRL4060 and DRL6060 linear direct-vent fireplaces. The panels line the back and sides of the firebox so the flame and media reflect across the full 60 in width, and the firebox reads as a dark, finished space when the fire is off.

Installation Notes

Superior's manual installs the panels with the glass door removed: loosen the screws under the firebox top, sides and rear, remove the glass retaining brackets, set the 3 rear panels on the lip between the media tray and the firebox back, set a panel against each side in the media tray grooves, then reinstall the brackets and door. Superior states reflective glass panel kits are not compatible with the see-thru kit.

In New York City, a direct-vent gas fireplace needs a licensed master plumber and a permit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which fireplaces does it fit?

The 60 in Superior DRL4060 and DRL6060 linear fireplaces. The 72 and 84 in models use CGLK-BLK-LIN72 and CGLK-BLK-LIN84.

Can I use it on a see-through fireplace?

No. Superior states reflective glass panel kits are not compatible with the see-thru kit.

Warranty
