The Twin Eagles TETG30-C is a 30 inch built-in gas teppanyaki griddle with two independently controlled burners and a thick stainless steel cooking surface. It is made for an outdoor kitchen island where you want Japanese iron plate cooking next to the grill, and it uses hot surface ignition with Twin Eagles' blue illuminated controls.

What Is Included and What You Will Need
- Included: the teppanyaki griddle, regulator and hose assembly, and the owner's manual. The current listing also says a matching stainless steel lid is included.
- Optional: the Twin Eagles vinyl cover (SKU VCBT30), which is also offered as the With Cover option on this listing.
- Required for combustible islands: the Twin Eagles insulating jacket TEIJ30, which the manual names as the jacket for this griddle.
- Needed: a gas line and shutoff valve, a dedicated 15 A grounded 120V outlet, and a licensed installer for the gas connection.
Installation Notes
This griddle is for outdoor use only. The manual requires a non-combustible enclosure, 12 inches of clearance from the back and sides to combustible construction, and a certified ventilating hood at least 36 inches above the cooking surface if it sits under overhead combustible construction. A licensed installer should make the gas connection and conversions, and in New York City gas piping requires a licensed master plumber and a permit. Only with the Twin Eagles insulating jacket TEIJ30. Without it, the manual requires a non-combustible enclosure.
Is it natural gas or propane?
Either. Choose the fuel when you order, because the unit is built for one fuel at the factory.
What size cutout do I need?
28-1/2 inches wide, 24-1/4 inches deep and 11-1/2 inches high, plus the 4 inch gas connection openings.

Warranty
Per the owner's manual: a limited lifetime warranty on the stainless steel main burners and fabricated stainless steel components, a limited two-year warranty on the griddle, and a one-year full warranty, under normal residential use.
