The Warming Trends AON R72 is a 72 in. rectangular powder-coated steel gas fire table with a 290,000 BTU CROSSFIRE brass burner and a flush cover for a clean table top when the fire is off. It is the largest rectangular size in the line, for larger patios and longer seating runs. This listing is the Natural Gas, Black version with push button ignition.

Installation Notes

Warming Trends calls for 36 in. of horizontal clearance and 84 in. of overhead clearance to combustibles, a level, stable, non-combustible surface, and a gas shutoff outside the fire feature. A 290,000 BTU burner needs a gas line sized for that load, so have the supply checked before delivery. Use fire-rated media only and keep it within the depth limits in the owner's guide. In New York City an outdoor gas fire pit falls under the NYC Fuel Gas Code and needs a permitted installation. Book a design consultation and we will help you plan the gas line and placement.

Does the 290,000 BTU burner need a bigger gas line?

It needs a supply sized for the load. Have your plumber or gas fitter confirm capacity before delivery.
