The Warming Trends AON rectangular fire table is a powder-coated steel gas fire table built around a CROSSFIRE brass burner, a lift-out ventilated pan and a flush cover that turns it into a clean table top when the fire is off. It suits patios and outdoor rooms where you want a low, wide fire feature with a 10 inch ledge for drinks. The WATERSTOP fitting protects the gas line and ignition from water and debris, and Warming Trends backs the brass burner with a lifetime warranty. The AON line is also offered in 60 x 34 in and 72 x 38 in sizes; the variants on this page are the 48 x 30 in SKUs.

What Is Included and What You Will Need

  • Included: powder-coated steel rectangular fire table, CROSSFIRE brass burner with WATERSTOP fitting, ventilated pan, recessed control box, ignition system and flush rectangular cover.
  • Required: lava rock or fire glass to cover the burner (not included). Warming Trends recommends approved media only, kept no more than 1/2 in above the jets.
  • Optional: black lava rock, rolled lava rock or fire glass, and a soft cover from the Soft Covers sell sheet below.
  • Required on site: a gas supply at the right pressure and a licensed gas installer.

Installation Notes

This table runs on natural gas or propane depending on the option you choose, and must be placed on a stable, level, non-combustible surface. The manual calls for 36 in of side clearance from combustible structures or materials and at least 72 in of overhead clearance. Inlet gas pressure ranges differ by ignition type, so have a locally licensed gas installer connect it and check the manual for your ignition. Never burn wood or charcoal in it. Does this fire table use natural gas or propane?

Either. Choose natural gas or propane with the Fuel Type option when you order.

Do I need to cover the burner with media?

Yes. Add approved lava rock or fire glass over the burner. Warming Trends lists recommended amounts for each size in the table above.

Can I leave it uncovered outside?

The WATERSTOP fitting protects the gas line and ignition from water and debris, but Warming Trends still recommends covering the table in bad weather. The included flush cover and optional soft covers help with that.

Can you install it?

Warranty

Per the Warming Trends warranty for residential installations: the CROSSFIRE brass burner carries a full lifetime warranty, the AON fabrication and structure is covered for 3 years, and the powder coating for 12 months from delivery. Push button ignition systems pre-installed on AON tables are covered for 1 year, and Mercury ignition systems for 3 years. Labor is not covered.
