Frequently Asked Questions

Is 36 in long enough for my oven?

It suits compact and 2 Pizze ovens. For deep 4 and 5 Pizze ovens, a 48 in set keeps your hands further from the flame.

Do I need the rake with a gas oven?

Not usually. The rake moves wood and embers; a gas oven only needs the peels and brush.
