Description

The Alfa 5 Pizze Hybrid Kit (ACKIT-HYB-H12) lets a gas-fired Alfa oven burn firewood too. Made for the Alfa 5 Pizze gas oven (Moderno 5 Pizze gas and hybrid models), it pairs a burner lid that covers the gas burner with a wood holder that keeps logs and embers to one side of the floor.

Features

  • Burner lid protects the gas burner from soot and flame heat while wood burns (Alfa catalogue)
  • Wood holder contains the fire and lets air pass under the logs for quicker lighting
  • AISI 441 stainless steel, rated by Alfa to 1,000 C
  • Sized for 5 Pizze ovens only
