Description

Available Sizes: Alfa Wrinkle Black Oven Bases

2 Pizze | 3 Pizze | 4 Pizze (Current Size)

Overall Dimensions: 48 x 29.5 x 34.8 in (W x D x H), per the Alfa data sheet

The Alfa Oven Base for 4 Pizze (BF-4P-NEGO, Wrinkle Black) turns an Alfa 4 Pizze countertop oven into a freestanding pizza station you can roll into place. It is a dedicated stand built around the 4 Pizze footprint, with locking casters, a peel holder and an epoxy resin handle, so the oven sits at a comfortable working height without building a masonry counter. This listing is the base only; the oven is sold separately.

Features

  • Sized for Alfa 4 Pizze ovens, at 34.8 in working height
  • Four heavy-duty locking casters, so the station can be moved and then locked in place
  • Built-in peel and door holder keeps pizza tools at hand
  • Alfa design handle in epoxy resin for pushing the base
  • Iron sheet construction with ceramic fiber, per the Alfa data sheet
  • Assembles with the hardware kit shown on the Alfa assembly sheet

Installation Notes

Assemble the base on a perfectly level surface and set all four caster brakes before lifting the oven onto it. Do not mount the oven while it is lit or still hot, do not move the base while the oven is in use, and use extreme caution when moving the oven onto the base. Alfa limits the shelf load to 30 kg (66 lb) and a gas cylinder to 25 kg.

Keep the oven and base on a non-combustible patio surface with clearance to walls and anything flammable, as the oven manual specifies. Rules on wood smoke, gas cylinders, terraces and rooftops vary by building and town, including in New York City, so confirm what your building allows before you set up.
