What Is Included and What You Will Need

Installation Notes

Alfa's assembly sheet says to move the oven and base only on level ground, never on stairs, steps or lawns, to set the base on a perfectly level surface, and to lock all four brakes before lifting the oven onto it. The sheet's English and Italian text give different shelf limits (30 kg vs 40 kg for the lower shelf, 15 kg vs 10 kg per side shelf), so stay within 30 kg below and 10 kg on each side shelf. Keep the oven clearances given in the oven manual. Propane cylinder storage on New York City terraces and roofs is restricted by the FDNY, so check your building first.
