This stainless steel top completes an Alfa Cooking Station 80 frame, giving the oven a food-safe work surface right where the dough gets stretched. The frame ships without a top, so this is a required part rather than an upgrade.

- Required to complete the Alfa Cooking Station 80 frame — the frame ships without a top
- Corrosion-resistant finish holds up to permanent outdoor use
