The Amantii Tru-View Slim Lumina 50 (50-TRV-SLIM-LUMINA) is a 50 inch built-in electric fireplace with glass on the front and both ends, sold with Amantii's Lumina media package of glass, oak logs and glowing logs. Removable side panels let it serve as a front-facing unit, a left or right corner or a three-sided peninsula, so it can define a room divider or anchor an open-plan living space. It plugs into 120V, and Amantii allows it in bathrooms and covered outdoor areas.

Installation Notes

The Tru-View Slim is a built-in electric appliance with no gas line, vent or chimney, which makes a see-through or peninsula fireplace possible in New York City apartments where a gas see-through unit would need venting. Decide the viewing configuration before framing. Outdoors it must be protected from direct water with Amantii's overhang rule; in a bathroom it needs GFCI protection. Yes. Remove one side panel for a left or right corner, or both for three-sided peninsula viewing.

Does it plug in?

Yes, into a grounded 120V outlet. Hardwiring is optional.

Can I put a mantel above it?
