The American Outdoor Grill 30-Inch L-Series Built-In Natural Gas Grill (AOG30LN) is a complete package from the Robert H. Peterson Co.: three 304 stainless tubular burners, an infrared backburner with the rotisserie kit included, and a lighting system built for cooking after dark. At 30 inches it suits a terrace or compact island that still wants rotisserie capability and a spring-assisted hood. Natural gas configuration; a conversion kit ships in the box.

What Is Included and What You Will Need
- Included: 30" L-Series grill head (natural gas), infrared backburner, rotisserie kit, LED light bar with remote, warming rack and gas conversion kit
- Required: a natural gas supply sized for 57,000 BTU total with shutoff, a non-combustible countertop and enclosure (or the AOG 30-IL-C insulating liner for combustible framing), proper enclosure venting, and a 120V GFCI receptacle within reach
- Optional: the AOG stainless steel griddle (GR18A) and an outdoor vent hood such as the AOG 36 in 1000 CFM vent hood (VHD-36) for covered installs
- Also available: AOG30LP propane model
Installation Notes
AOG requires the enclosure to sit on a hard, level surface, be properly vented, and have a non-combustible countertop; the grill hangs from its stainless hanger on the cutout edges. If the countertop overhangs the front wall, it must be cut flush for the width of the control panel. Leave a 1-1/2 in hole for the gas supply and one for the electrical supply. Gas piping must meet the National Fuel Gas Code and local code, and in New York City the gas connection must be made by a licensed master plumber under permit. Book a design consultation to have us plan the island, gas and electrical around this grill.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the rotisserie included?
Yes. The L-Series includes the infrared backburner and a rotisserie kit with spit rod, forks and motor.
Can I convert it to propane later?
AOG ships every grill with a gas conversion kit; conversion should be done by a qualified gas installer.
Does it need electricity?
Yes. All L-Series grills require 120V AC for the lights and rotisserie, on a 15 A minimum GFCI receptacle.
L-Series or T-Series?
The L-Series adds the infrared backburner, rotisserie kit, LED light bar and halogen interior lights; the T-Series uses the same cutout without them.
