- We allow returns on all new, unused, unassembled, and "resalable" items in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund (minus the original shipping costs, and the shipping costs you incur shipping the product back). Naturally, if your return is because of our error, you are not responsible for any shipping costs.

The Aquafire Pro is the flagship of the line: dual LED light bars throw 30+ selectable flame colors through a hypersonic water vapor column that reads as real fire from across the room, with no heat, no gas, no venting and nothing to burn. Plumb it straight to a 1/4" water line and it fills, sanitizes and drains itself, running up to 20 hours a tank and ganging with additional units into a continuous ribbon of flame up to 20 feet long.
- Dual LED light bars, 30+ flame colors — 37 LEDs per 20", with density, speed, color, brightness and fade all adjustable from the remote or home automation.
- Direct plumb built in — no separate kit to buy; connects to a 1/4" line like a refrigerator ice maker and refills automatically.
- Automatic drain and internal UV-C sanitizing keep the tank and vapor clean between services.
- Cool to the touch, zero emissions — safe around children, pets, TVs and combustible finishes, and usable year-round.
- Gangable to 20 feet — run multiple inserts side by side on a single remote for a continuous flame line.
- Flush-mount drop-in install with air intake through the top, sides and bottom for flexible hearth design.
Choosing Your Configuration
Size is required. ClearShield and the Scent Diffuser are optional add-ons — leave both set to "Without" for the base fireplace. The Vapor Pure water softener and direct plumb capability are already included with every Aquafire Pro, so no plumb kit is needed.

Warranty: Aquafire covers the Pro Series with a 2-year limited warranty for residential installations and a 1-year limited warranty for commercial installations, against defects in materials and workmanship. Running the fireplace on untreated hard water without the supplied Vapor Pure softener is the most common cause of denied claims.
