The original Aquafire produces a natural orange flame from nothing but tap water — a hypersonic vapor column lit by a single amber LED bar and shaped by Aquafire's patented Double Air-Vapor Flow system, so the flame sculpts and sways the way real fire does. It runs up to 20 hours on a tank, refills itself through the integrated pump or a Direct Plumb Kit, and produces no heat, no gas, no smoke and no venting requirement at all.
- Ultra-realistic natural orange flame from a single amber LED light bar, 19 LEDs per 20", with adjustable density, speed and brightness.
- Up to 20 hours of runtime per fill, or continuous operation with the optional Direct Plumb Kit.
- Internal UV-C lighting sanitizes the water and the vapor it produces.
- Gangable to 20 feet — combine inserts into continuous ribbons of flame controlled from one remote.
- Cool to the touch, zero emissions — safe against combustible finishes and around children and pets, and enjoyable in any season.
- Flush-mount drop-in install with air intake through the top, sides and bottom for flexible hearth design.
Choosing Your Configuration
Size is required. The Direct Plumb Kit and ClearShield are optional — leave both set to "Without" for the base fireplace. Choose With Direct Plumb Kit + Vapor Pure if you want the fireplace to refill automatically from a 1/4" water line rather than being filled by hand; that selection also includes the Vapor Pure water softener, which protects the mist maker from hard water. Each insert in a ganged run needs its own kit.

Warranty: Aquafire covers this fireplace with a 2-year limited warranty for residential installations and a 1-year limited warranty for commercial installations, against defects in materials and workmanship. Improper Direct Plumb Kit installation, or running the unit on untreated hard water, will void coverage.
