The original Aquafire makes a natural orange flame from tap water: an amber LED bar lights a fine column of water vapor, and Aquafire's Double Air-Vapor Flow system shapes it so it sways like real fire. There is no heat, gas, smoke or venting.
It runs up to 20 hours per fill using the integrated pump, or continuously with the optional Direct Plumb Kit connected to a 1/4 inch water line.

What Is Included and What You Will Need
- Included: Aquafire insert with amber LED light strip and media plate, multi-function remote, fill and drain tube with siphon hand pump, 24V AC power adapter, user manual and quick start guide
- You will need: a 120V receptacle inside the enclosure
- Choose by variant: size (required); the Direct Plumb Kit with Vapor Pure softener and the ClearShield wind screen are optional. Each insert in a ganged run needs its own plumb kit
Installation Notes
Build an enclosure to the cutout in the Aquafire installation guide with power in reach, and a 1/4 in. water line and shutoff if you add the Direct Plumb Kit. Since it makes no heat or combustion, it works in apartments, media walls and bedrooms where gas is not an option.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need the Direct Plumb Kit?
No. It fills by hand with the included pump and runs up to 20 hours. The kit adds automatic refills from a 1/4 in. line.
Does it produce heat?
No. It is a visual fireplace with no heat output.
What is the difference from the Aquafire Pro?
The Pro adds 30+ flame colors with dual light bars and built-in direct plumbing; this model has a natural orange flame.

Warranty
Aquafire covers this fireplace with a 2-year limited warranty for residential installations and a 1-year limited warranty for commercial installations, against defects in materials and workmanship. Running the unit on untreated hard water without the Vapor Pure softener, or an improper direct plumb installation, can void coverage.
