The Aspire by Hestan AEB122-NG is a built-in double side burner for outdoor kitchens: a 20,000 BTU sealed front burner for boiling and searing pans and a 10,000 BTU sealed rear burner for sauces and sides, under heavy stainless rod grates. This is the natural gas version, with electronic spark ignition, LED-lit controls and a stainless cover, styled to sit beside an Aspire grill.

- You will need: a 120V outlet for ignition and lighting, a 1/2 in NPT gas supply with shutoff, and an Aspire access door below for service access (spec sheet notes the access door is sold separately)

Installation Notes
Install outdoors only, to local codes or the National Fuel Gas Code ANSI Z223.1 (and NFPA 58 for propane). Hestan requires 12 in of clearance from the sides and rear to vertical combustible material and 4 in from the back to non-combustible construction; do not operate it under unprotected combustible construction. A non-combustible island needs at least 10 sq in of ventilation on both sides and the rear. The natural gas model needs 7 in WC supply and runs at 4 in WC manifold.
In New York City, gas piping to an outdoor kitchen requires a licensed master plumber and a DOB permit, and FDNY restricts propane cylinder storage on terraces and rooftops, so most city kitchens run on natural gas.

Warranty
Hestan Commercial Corporation warrants Aspire by Hestan outdoor gas products to the original consumer purchaser for one (1) year against defective materials or workmanship, from the date of original retail purchase or new-construction closing, whichever is longer, with extended coverage on listed components (sealed burner assemblies and gas valves for five (5) years, and other components for two (2) years, parts only).
