Description
Four cast 304 stainless burners, 56,000 BTU and 552 square inches of primary grate — enough width to run a hot searing zone at one end and hold a rack of chicken at the other without either one crowding the other. The BCM is Blaze's entry built-in, but the burner and grate hardware come straight off the premium line.
- Cast burners, not tube — commercial-quality cast 304 stainless resists the burn-through that eventually claims folded tube burners.
- 9 mm triangular grates — the flat face of the rod contacts more of the food than a round bar, so the mark is wider and the grate stores more heat for the next piece.
- Full-width flame tamers — 14-gauge 443 stainless perforated grids spread the flame across the whole cooking bed and keep drippings off the burners.
- Heat zone separators — four burners across 29-1/2 inches of grate gives real separation between zones.
- Push N' Turn flame-thrower ignition — primary ignition with a secondary manual flash tube as backup.
- Lifetime warranty on the stainless body and burners.
