Description
Swap the standard steel flame tamers in your 40-inch Blaze grill for ceramic. The rods sit in a 304 stainless tray and absorb drippings rather than shedding them into the burner, so fat vaporises into smoke that goes back into the food instead of igniting under it.
- Kills hot spots — the ceramic holds and re-radiates heat evenly across the full 40-inch cooking surface, so the middle of the grate no longer runs hotter than the ends.
- More smoke flavour, fewer flare-ups — drippings vaporise on contact instead of pooling; the rounded rod profile lets grease roll off rather than sit and catch.
- Holds temperature under a sear — ceramic recovers faster than sheet steel when a cold steak hits the grate.
- Won't rust through — ceramic rods on a 304 stainless tray resist the corrosion that eventually claims stamped-steel tamers.
- Cleans itself — run the grill hot after cooking and the debris burns off. No scrubbing.
