The accessory that turns a Blaze Kamado from a searing grill into a smoker. A stainless charcoal basket holds the fuel to one side or in a ring, and the moisture pan sits beneath the food to catch drippings and put steam back into the chamber — so ribs, pork shoulder and brisket run long and low without drying out.
- True indirect cooking — the basket keeps live coals off the food's footprint so nothing sits over direct flame.
- Moisture pan does two jobs — it catches fat before it hits the coals and releases steam that keeps long cooks from drying.
- Easy light — the basket's open construction feeds air to the coals so the fire takes quickly and holds.
- Stainless throughout — both pieces lift out for cleaning and go back in without warping.
- Purpose-built for the Blaze Kamado — sized to the 20-inch cast aluminum body rather than adapted from a universal part.
