The Blaze LTE PRO 40 inch built-in gas griddle (BLZ-GRIDDLE40) drops into an outdoor kitchen counter and gives you a reinforced, heavy-duty stainless steel cooking surface with three separately controlled zones and an attached lid. Blaze calls it the heaviest griddle in its class, and the control panel reads the temperature of all three zones plus three meat probes. It is a strong partner to a built-in grill for breakfasts, smash burgers and hibachi-style cooking. Choose propane or natural gas above.
