The Broil King Baron 590 PRO Shadow is a 5-burner freestanding gas grill on an enclosed cabinet cart for a patio, deck or yard. 5 stainless steel Dual-Tube burners put 45,000 BTU under 570 sq in of 8 mm stainless rod grids, and the stainless Flav-R-Wave system under the grids vaporizes drippings for flavor and protects the burners. It adds a 10,000 BTU cast iron side burner and a 15,000 BTU rear rotisserie burner with a premium rotisserie kit. The Shadow edition is finished in matte black with blue LED control knob lights.

Installation Notes
Broil King gas grills are for outdoor use only. Keep at least 30 in (76 cm) from combustible surfaces at the sides and rear, never use the grill under an overhead roof or unprotected combustible overhang, and keep the gas hose away from hot surfaces, per the owner's manual.
In New York City, a fixed natural gas line to a grill must be run by a licensed master plumber under a permit, and the FDNY restricts propane cylinders on the balconies, terraces and rooftops of most multiple dwellings, so confirm what your building allows before choosing a fuel.
