The Broil King Imperial S 470 Built-In 32 is a four-burner built-in grill with a 304 stainless cookbox, cast stainless grids and Broil King's stainless Flav-R-Wave system. Four Dual-Tube burners put 44,000 BTU under 500 sq in of primary grilling space, and a 15,000 BTU rear burner with the included rotisserie kit handles roasts. Broil King also includes an insulating sleeve for installation near combustible construction. This listing is the natural gas model.

Installation Notes
Broil King's built-in manual sets the clearances above, requires at least 60 in to overhead construction, and calls for an outdoor hood of at least 1,200 CFM under combustible overhead construction (recommended under non-combustible overhead too). Enclosures need screened vent openings that admit a 1/8 in rod; LP enclosures need larger vents. Gas connection must be made by a qualified installer, and in New York City a fixed natural gas line requires a licensed master plumber and a DOB permit.
