The Broil King Regal Pellet 500 Pro is the flagship of the Regal pellet line — a Wi-Fi and Bluetooth wood-pellet grill and smoker that adds an infrared pellet-level sensor, a stainless steel warming rack, locking casters and quick-set program buttons to the proven Regal 500 platform. Its 14-gauge steel cookbox and double-walled lid hold heat and smoke evenly, while the digital controller and two meat probes let you run a low-and-slow brisket or a high-heat sear and follow every degree from your phone.
