The Broil King Regal Pellet 500 PRO (496911) is a 32 in wood pellet grill and smoker for cooks who want true low-and-slow smoking and real grilling heat in one cart. It runs from smoke settings around 225 F up to 600 F, holds 22 lb of pellets with an infrared level sensor, and connects by Wi-Fi and Bluetooth so you can watch two meat probes from your phone. A stainless rotisserie kit and Broil King's Roto-Draft damper round out a grill built heavier than most pellet cookers at 260 lb.

Installation Notes
Pellet grills burn wood and need a grounded outdoor outlet. Keep 30 in from combustibles at both sides and the rear and 60 in below any overhead construction, per the owner's manual. Many New York City co-op and condo buildings prohibit wood or charcoal cooking on terraces and roofs, so confirm your building rules first.

Broil King's owner's manual lists 5 years on the high-heat coated cookbox and on stainless steel grids, and 3 years on cast-iron grids, the digital controller and components, and all remaining parts and paint. Coverage is for the original purchaser under normal domestic use, limited to repair or replacement of defective parts with genuine Broil King parts; labor and shipping are not included.
