Overall Dimensions: 24 in (OLI24) or 30 in (OLI30) linear burner for Carol Rose 36 in or 42 in outdoor fireboxes
The Carol Rose Loft Series contemporary outdoor gas burner is a linear stainless steel burner that drops into a Carol Rose outdoor firebox for a clean, modern ribbon of flame in place of a traditional log set. Intermittent pilot ignition with a variable-flame remote lets you light it and set the flame height from your seat, and it is built for vent-free outdoor use.
Features
- Contemporary linear flame, the modern alternative to a log set in a Carol Rose outdoor firebox
- Intermittent pilot (IPI) ignition with a variable-flame remote control included

What Is Included and What You Will Need
- Loft Series contemporary burner with IPI ignition and variable-flame remote
- You will need: a Carol Rose 36 in or 42 in outdoor firebox (sold separately) and a gas supply installed by a licensed gas fitter
Optional Accessories
- Carol Rose 36 in vent-free premium outdoor firebox (required for the 24 in burner)
- Carol Rose 42 in vent-free premium outdoor firebox (required for the 30 in burner)
Installation Notes
Match the burner to the firebox: the 24 in Loft burner installs in the 36 in Carol Rose outdoor firebox and the 30 in burner in the 42 in firebox. Order the natural gas or propane part number for your supply; a licensed gas fitter should make the connection and leak test it.
In New York City, outdoor gas piping must be installed by a licensed master plumber under a permit, and FDNY limits propane cylinders on balconies, terraces and rooftops, so confirm what your building and location allow before you plan the installation.
