The Challenger Designs Coastal 67.25 GWS is a pre-built, powder-coated aluminum outdoor kitchen island with a gas grill base, a pull-out waste bin and a sink base with a 15-inch stainless steel bar sink and faucet. It is for the homeowner who wants prep water next to the grill in a finished 5.5-foot run, delivered fully assembled without a masonry build.
All-aluminum construction does not rust, warp or rot, hardware is 304 stainless steel, and the doors are gasketed. Pick a countertop, cabinet color and door style; the grill itself is not included.

What Is Included and What You Will Need
- Included: Coastal 67.25 GWS island with countertop, sink base with bar sink and faucet, and 304 stainless steel pulls and legs. The grill is not included.
- Required: a gas grill of 32 inches or smaller with a cutout width of 30.75 inches or less (the grill model must be specified once the order is placed).
- Required: gas supply (20 lb LP tank cutout under the grill, or natural gas plumbed by your installer), water and drain connections for the sink, and a level pad or deck.
- Optional: on-demand water system, color-matched toe kick kit, towel bar handle, casters and tool hook; ask us about matching a built-in grill to this island.
Installation Notes
Delivery is by freight and the island arrives assembled, so plan for a pallet or lift-gate path to the patio. Set the island on a level, non-combustible surface, follow the grill manufacturer's clearance and ventilation requirements, and have gas and plumbing done by qualified installers. In New York City, gas work must be done by a licensed master plumber under a DOB permit, and propane tank storage carries FDNY rules. We install in NYC, Long Island, Westchester and New Jersey.
