  • You will need: A grounded 120V outlet on a 15 A dedicated circuit for the lights and rotisserie motor
  • You will need: Cart assembly with basic hand tools, following the cart assembly instructions

Installation Notes

Use the grill outdoors only, never in a building, garage or enclosed area, and keep the clearances above. Use the factory regulator and hose with a 20 lb cylinder. In NYC, 20 lb propane cylinders are allowed only at one- and two-family homes, so multi-family buildings need natural gas. Gas work should be done by a licensed professional. Book a design consultation and we will help plan gas, power and a vent hood.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between the R and RS versions?

Does it need electricity?

Yes. Dometic lists 120V, 60 Hz, 4 A on a 15 A dedicated circuit for the lights and rotisserie motor.

Can I use it on natural gas?

Yes. Choose the natural gas option; it needs a 3/4 in. gas supply line and a shutoff valve installed by a licensed professional.

Can I use a propane cylinder in NYC?

Only at one- and two-family homes. Multi-family buildings need natural gas.
