The Fire Magic E660i Gourmet Griddle is a built-in gas griddle with a 30 x 18 in cooking surface and two independently controlled burners for two-zone cooking. It drops into the same cutout as the E660i grill, so it is the natural partner for an Echelon or Aurora 660 island: sear on the grill, then cook breakfast, fajitas and fried rice on the plate. Black glass control panel models and models without that option are sold on this page.

What Is Included and What You Will Need
- Included: griddle with stainless steel cover and drip pan.
- Required: a 120 VAC, 15 A GFCI weather-proof in-use receptacle, a gas supply at the correct pressure, and a licensed installer.
- Combustible enclosure: an insulating liner is required. See the Fire Magic insulating liner for E660i and A660i built-in grills (3176-52).
- Optional: portable cart grill base 660-SC24 and protective vinyl covers (sold separately; ask us for current part numbers).
Installation Notes
Gas supply pressure per the Fire Magic manual: natural gas 7 in w.c. normal (5 in minimum, 10 1/2 in maximum); propane 11 in w.c. normal (10 in minimum, 13 in maximum). Keep a 5 ft clearance between the countertop and overhead construction, 4 in to a non-combustible rear wall, 12 in to a protected combustible rear wall, 15 in to a combustible rear wall, and 24 in to side walls. The countertop must be non-combustible. Installation by a licensed gas fitter is required, and NYC and Long Island projects need the right permits. Book a design consultation and we will plan the cutout, gas and power for you.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the griddle need electricity?
Yes. Ignition and the control lights need a 120 VAC, 15 A minimum GFCI grounded, weather-proof in-use receptacle. It is not included.
Will it fit my existing E660i grill cutout?
Fire Magic states it uses the same cutout as the E660i grill: 31 1/4 in wide x 23 1/2 in deep x 11 1/2 in high.
Can I install it in a wood-framed island?
Only with the correct insulating liner and a non-combustible countertop. See the liner linked above.
Natural gas or propane?
Both are offered. The fuel is set at the factory for the variant you choose, so confirm it matches your supply before ordering.

Warranty
Fire Magic's published warranty covers built-in griddles (except the ignition system and thermostat) for ten (10) years. Ignition systems and electronic components, including lights and thermostats, are covered for one (1) year.
