Installation Notes
Fire Magic designs the Firemaster for outdoor use only and for non-combustible enclosures only. Do not use it under unprotected flammable surfaces or inside a building, garage or other enclosed area. Drop the grill into the opening, thread the crank handle into the nut on the frame at the front right, then set the cooking grids in place (on the oven frame if you add the grill oven). Spread charcoal evenly and keep it no more than 1 in above the pans.
In New York City, FDNY and building rules restrict open-flame and charcoal cooking on balconies, terraces and rooftops, so confirm what your building and location allow before you plan the island. Designing an island around it? Book a design consultation.
